We are excited to announce that Medicine Hat College is partnering with Alberta Health Services, Wainwright Economic Development and Wainwright Adult Learning to bring their Health Care Aide Certificate program to Wainwright in January 2021 through August 2021.

The deadline for applications is December 20th and a minimum of 8 students is required. Coursework will be online with labs being conducted at the Wainwright Health Centre (Hospital) and practicums done in the region.

If you do not have access to the technology needed, please join us at the Provincial Building located at 810 – 14 Avenue at 7pm on November 25th. (Maximum of 10 allowed, per physical distancing requirements).

Jaws Safety in Wainwright does offer First Aid/CPR training which is required before starting this program.
